There is no fixed weekly, monthly or annual schedule for updating the RPZ list. Before 1 March 2026, the list changed when the Minister designated, extended or ended an area’s RPZ status, and the RTB and official government websites were the best places to check. From 1 March 2026, rent-setting rules moved from the RPZ system to a national framework, so the relevant rules may depend on when your tenancy or rent review began.
