Wexford follows the same national tenancy rules as the rest of Ireland. Where there is no breach of the tenancy, a landlord generally must give 90 days’ notice for a tenancy lasting under six months, rising to 152, 180, 196, 224 or 280 days as the tenancy length increases. The notice must be in writing and meet specific legal requirements, and a copy should be sent to the RTB.
