There is no single official “average rent increase” for Meath: the RTB Rent Index reports average rents, rather than approving individual increases. For many private tenancies, rent can generally be reviewed only once every 12 months and increased by no more than the lower of 2% or the Consumer Price Index, subject to the tenancy date and statutory exceptions.
